Built on top of your existing HR, finance, and business systems, it creates a consolidated data layer that forms a unified, trusted view of your workforce in terms of headcount, cost and revenue, spanning historical trends, current state, and future projections.

What’s included in the OXYGEN license?

Licensing typically includes use of the software, half-yearly software maintenance (software updates to the latest version), and help desk access. Consulting services are available as add-ons. Licensing fees are based on the number of resources in the system (internals, externals…). The more resources, the lower the cost per resource.
